A wedding, a graduation, a party: event day is the worst moment to find out your shapewear rolls, digs in, or will not let you eat. This guide answers the three decisions in order: which garment for which outfit, what matters during a long night, and when to order so the right size arrives on time.
Match the garment to the outfit
- Fitted or one-piece dress: the full bodysuit faja ($119). One piece shaping abdomen, waist and thighs, so there is no loose waistband or waistline seam to print through fabric.
- Thin, satin or clingy fabric: the seamless body ($89) is the most invisible of the three.
- Skirt with a top, or jeans: the shaping shorts ($79), with a boned high waist that will not roll when you sit.
One honest note about straps: the bodysuit and the seamless body have wide straps. Under a strapless or very open neckline they can show; check your dress neckline first, or consider the shorts instead.
The three details you will thank yourself for
- Bathroom without undressing: crotch zipper on the bodysuit, hook opening on the seamless.
- Eating and breathing: all three leave the bust free. Compression works the abdomen and hips, not your breathing.
- Adjusting on the go: three front hook columns let you loosen one position late in the night.
When to order
Do not debut shapewear on event day. Order ahead, try it at home over underwear, and wear it once or twice with the dress before the date. US shipping normally takes 3 to 7 business days, and you have one free size exchange within 30 days; with two weeks of margin, an exchange arrives in time.
Size, briefly
Measure waist at the navel and hips at the widest point against the size guide. Between sizes, choose the larger. Each product page has a three-step size assistant, or message us on WhatsApp with your measurements.
