Size and Fit Guide | Silueta Fina

Short answer: measure your waist at the navel and your hips at their widest point, find your measurements in the chart, and if you fall between two sizes choose the larger one. These are body measurements, not garment measurements, and size exchanges are free for 30 days, so the risk of getting it wrong is on us.

How to measure

  • Waist: wrap the tape around your waist at navel height, snug but not tight.
  • Hips: wrap around the fullest part of your hips and glutes.
  • Measure over light underwear, standing relaxed.

Size chart (body measurements)

Size US pants size Waist Hips
S 4 a 6 23 a 27 in 34 a 38 in
M 8 a 10 27 a 30 in 39 a 42 in
L 12 a 14 30 a 32 in 43 a 46 in
XL 16 33 a 35 in 47 a 49 in
2XL 18 a 20 36 a 38 in 50 a 51 in
3XL 22 a 24 39 a 41 in 52 a 54 in

If waist and hips point to different sizes, take the larger one. Never size down chasing more compression: a too-small faja rolls down and shows under clothing.

Choosing your compression level

The bodysuit has three rows of front hooks. Start on the loosest row for the first days, then move inward as the garment relaxes with wear. The crotch zipper lets you use the bathroom without undoing any hooks.

Garment facts

  • Compression through the tummy, waist and hips; the bust stays free.
  • 90% nylon, 10% spandex fabric.
  • Care: hand wash only.
  • Black and Beige, sizes S to 3XL.
