Exchanges and Returns
We want it to fit the way you pictured it. If it didn't, we solve it without complications.
Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition: items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags. Hats must come back in their original protective packaging.
Size exchanges: free. If your belt or your tejana wasn't your size, the first exchange ships on us, both directions.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. On standard returns we deduct a flat $7 USD for the return label. If your item arrived defective or incorrect, return shipping is entirely on us.
How to start: email us at through the contact page with your order number. We send you the return label; you don't have to fight with anyone.
Defects: if your piece arrived damaged, send us photos within the first 48 hours so we can resolve it the fast way, with a replacement or a full refund.
