Our Story
Sierra Oro started with a simple frustration: anyone shopping for a quality embroidered belt or a proper western hat in the United States usually has to pick between two extremes, a cheap import with no accountability, or weeks of waiting on a half-translated website. Neither one respects the customer.
So we set the bar where it belongs. Sierra Oro is an American brand of premium western accessories: embroidered piteado-style belts, tooled leather belts, wool felt tejanas, toyo and palm straw hats, buckles, and bolo ties. We select every model piece by piece, under three rules we don't negotiate:
1. Materials, disclosed. If embroidery is machine-made with high-density thread, we say it in plain words. If leather is genuine, we verify it before listing. You will never find a description here that inflates what you're holding.
2. American logistics. Everything ships from warehouses in the United States. No month-long waits: your order arrives in days, with tracking from the moment it leaves.
3. Spanish as a first language. Our store, our size guides, and our support work just as well in Spanish as in English. It is not a translation: it is the same care in both languages.
Sierra Oro is an independent company registered in Illinois. We take every order personally, because the best advertising is a customer who looks in the mirror and likes what they see.
And if something isn't right, you have 30 days to exchange or return it. That simple.
